Healthy and lifestyle

The world today is different from world of the past. Nowadays, world serve us with junk food, fast food. So, mostly our people get obesity, diabetes and heart disease. I share this story because something was happening to someone that I knew. This story starts a few years ago.

It was when I was in the hostel of my secondary school. I had a friend was my best friend. People call her with lily. We always laugh together, eat, sleep and out together. Till some my friend called her my sister because she always is with me where ever I am.

Her personalities are her skin is white, she has cute face, chubby person and nice eyes. Although people always said that she fat, but she always smile because she hold that smile make your day happy. Until now I hold her word. With the word, although in sadness I always smile to persuade my heart to be strong.

But, not all day will always have sun. Sometimes will rain too. I never thought that my close friend sick in front of my eyes. In English class, suddenly she fainted in front of my eyes. I ran to her immediately and hold her head until ambulance comes. They all ask me why lily falls down. Did she take her breakfast or she has problem that she don’t want to share with others. I suddenly fell silent. There are no words I can say.

Ambulance reaches at school and takes lily away. We all continue back to what we are focus that learn English. But my mind is not there. I’m too worried at lily. After school, I ask my warden to bring me go to hospital. He doctor said that she had heart attack and her lung infection. She fall down that because difficult breathing. The doctor said she must good care about what she eating because that thing will effected her heart again. In that day, I promise to my heart that I will care about her.

Started next day, her meal I see first before give to her. She look happy and more health than other day. A few months later, thing happen again. Don’t you know how my feeling in that time? Very worried. Hurmm. But this time more worse. She was admitted to the intensive care unit.

Every day I there accompany her. But when God say “no one will live in earth forever” so that mean anyone will die in future.

 Exactly 8:50 am she left us all because heart disease. I tried to accept that she left me forever. She only lives in my heart till now. Our memories will not I forgotten. I loves you till heaven lily. May Allah place you at the right place.
