AIR POLLUTION IN OUR ENVIRONMENT...

      As  we all know,air pollution is often associated with smog,acid rain and other forms of outdoor air pollutants,but did you know that the air in your house could also be polluted?We spend a lot of time in enclosed environments,for example at home,in the library,in classrooms and in hostels,yet we spend so little time thinking about the quality of air indoors.

       One of the most common sources is insect repellents.When we use insect repellents,we are actually releasing toxic substances into the air.Once these toxic substances are released,they circulate in the air within our house  for a long time.The substances in these products can be very harmful to us,and may even cause cancer.

       Another source that you should know is wood products which are used in buildings and furniture.These products emit a harmful gas,especially when they are new and the humidity level is high.This gas can cause headaches,dizziness,nosebleeds and memory loss.Smoke from wood stoves also effect the quality of air in our house.carbon monoxide is released into the air when petroleum products and wood are burned.It can cause headaches and throat irritation when the level is low.However,when the level is high,carbon monoxide can cause loss of consciousness and even death.

    So that,it is very important to ensure that indoor air pollution stays at a relatively low level as it can be very detrimental to our health.We can improve the level of air quality by making sure that our house is properly ventilated.We can also place common house plants such as the spider plant indoors because these plants can remove contaminants from indoor air.

ENVIRONMENT

Today new learning is about environment. All around us is call with environment. Like The sky, mounting, river and the sea, the air, fish and animal all in the categories of environment. Every title usually comes with story. Same do to me. It is about environment that I dream to be reality. To be happen ok but I know that thing will not happen.
          I like be around with many sister. I know it’s little bit weird, but I’m happy. I have sisters adopt seen I in standard one until now. I can list their name for you all know who I mentioned it.  Nurul ainul, Nur azra, nurul azida, nor aqilah, nur shuhaida, nuruameera, farah liyana, noor faridah. But from all name from the list, only a few name are still with me. It is nurul azida, nuruameera and noor faridah. Easier to said that I has forget the entire thing about them. But I cannot lie my heart that I still remember a single thing about them. I hard and hurt right??
Why just now I said that I want the environment involves my all sisters? 
It is because my dream is I want all my sister can gather to meet me. It is not too much I think about that request. But, all we know that human like us have same thing. It is feeling. Like feeling angry, sad, happy, alone, and the most important that human can’t hold it. It is jealous. Because that thing people can divorce. Because that thing people can fight with others. And because that thing I lose my patient to my sister. I has very strong jealous that I know. Hard to control but easy to calm.
     



I always feel angry when I see my sister with other people that their close. I know sometimes I have to hold my temperature to increase and going to blow. (Keebooomm) explode like volcano. Until now, not only my sister, my friend my sibling include my boyfriend I jealous too.
They always tell me, that I have to change my attitude. Because of what, if I continue being like this, I will never happy and will not stick with one person.
          I try to do it like they say but it is too hard. Until now I still the same person. Still trying to delete my ego, my volcano.
That why I want environment like I said. Hard to believe but it is reality what I want.


Environment not only about earth, not only about animal, not only about pollution. But environment are in many way to describe it. About dream, about past and want to repair it in future. Not all dreams will become reality. But if it is become reality, appreciate it because it will not come again and again. Ok my reader thank you because read my blog. Until we meet again in other day. ENVIRONMENT-FATIN NASUHA BINTI ABDUL RAZAK

ENVIRONMENT

First, let me first explain the definition of environment, environment is the natural world, as a whole or in particular geographical area, especially effected by human activity.
As we can see, especially in Malaysia, our environment is getting worse day by day. The air is no longer clean for us to breathe the ocean is no longer clean for the sea habitat and the land also being polluted by illegal activity. There are 3 types of pollution that are of growing concern in Malaysia, air, water and noise pollution. All these pollution will doubt our quality of life.
Air pollution is mainly caused by the toxic gas from vehicles, open burning and factories. Transportation is an industry that growing rapidly in Malaysia, in Kuala Lumpur obviously, people tend to use motor vehicles every day to go to work and college. There will be a lot of toxic gasses released from the motor vehicles and pollute the air environment. Factories also release the same type of toxic gasses to the environment, especially the manufacturing factories. As the demand for the manufactured things increase, the air pollution also will increase. Open burning is happened around us everyday without us noticing it, at the village area, people usually burn down their rubbish or waste, and from that, it will effect the air environment. As we breathing, we will inhale and exhale the air, and if the air is polluted, it will cause many type of disease to us, such as asthma and chest problems.
Next is water pollution. The sea habitat is badly effected by the water pollution since they depend on the nutrients of the water. It also will effect our source of sea food, and fisherman hard to find their source of living. The water pollution caused by the waste that being threw into the water by irresponsible factories. If the rivers affected by the pollution, it also will affect our everyday drinking water and will cause us serious health problems as water is important to our body.
Noise pollution is also a problem that we are facing currently. Noise that made from heavy machine and vehicle can cause us bad hearing and lead us to deaf problems. We being exposed to noise pollution every single day, especially for those who live in urban area where there will be a lot of road and building constructions. All these noises are actually killing our peaceful and silence environment.
A lot of people start to worry and aware about all these pollutions but the action taken is not as much as their worries. As the old quote says ‘action speaks louder than words’. There are few things that we can do to help the Mother Earth.
First, we can use the 3R steps, recycling, reducing and reusing. We should prepare the recycle bins which separate the aluminium can, plastic and paper. All these 3 things can be sent to recycle centre, so that they can produce something good from it. We can also use our food leftover as the fertilizer or seed to grow plants.
Next we can also practice living with the small amount of water consumption, save water as much as we can. We cannot predict our future, who knows we will run out of water supplies because of the water pollution. The simple steps that we can take is don’t wash the dishes or do the laundry before it full load and don’t let the water tap open while we brushing our teeth.
We can also save our environment by encouraging people to ride bicycle to school or work since bicycle don’t release any type of toxic gasses. In other hand, riding bicycle also can maintain our healthy lifestyle.
Use less of electricity power. The government have done a good job by created ‘Earth Hour’ programme where we stop using the electricity power for an hour including the light and television. This brilliant idea not also help us to save our earth, it also can unite all of us to stand against the pollution.

As the quote goes “precaution is better than cure”. We should stick together to decrease the pollution and create a better future for the next generations.

 Environmental health is the branch of public health that is concerned with all aspects of the natural and built environment that may affect human health. Other terms referring to or concerning environmental health are environmental public health, and public health protection / environmental health protection. Environmental health should not be confused with environmental protection; environmental health is concerned with protecting both the natural and built environments for the benefit of human health, whereas environmental protection is concerned with protecting the natural environment mainly for the benefit of ecosystems.The environment of Malaysia refers to the biotas and geologies that constitute the natural environment of this Southeast Asian nation. Malaysia's ecology is megadiverse, with a biodiverse range of flora and fauna found in various ecoregions throughout the country.Ecosystems and landscapes are dramatically altered by human development, including but not limited to the construction of roads and damming of rivers.Environment system, the surroundings of a physical system that may interact with the system by exchanging mass, energy, or other properties.Natural environment, all living and non-living things.Social environment, the culture that an individual lives in, and the people and institutions with whom they interact.Physical environment, in ecology.Environmental education is a learning process that increases people's knowledge and awareness about the environment and associated challenges, develops the necessary skills and expertise to address the challenges, and fosters attitudes, motivations, and commitments to make informed decisions

My dream house and the environment...:)

           
            What is environment ?In my opinion,environment is something around us.It is not just about natural environment,it also about something happen around us.Today I would like to share my dream house and the most important is the environment around my house.I would like to have a house near the lake,or at the mountain or forest.It is really nice to have house like that.I can feel the calmness,the natural beauty of nature.I love the most when wake up in the morning,i can hear the bird chirping,the sounds of water,I can imagine it.It is going to be really calm,far from the business and the noisy of city.When we build a house near the forest,every morning,we can feel it very cold.It is because the tree at the forest release oxygen and can make it very cold.Through that way,we can reduce the using of air conditioner. We can have the natural 'air conditioner',hahaha. Other than that,if  I can have the house near the lake,everyday I can see the sunrise every morning through my balcony,enjoy the sunset with my beloved people every evening,It so romantic!haha!. Every night I can enjoy the star at the sky.






If other people love to have a house at the middle of the cities,for me,it is not my dream house.I love the environment that can give me the calmness from my deep heart. I want my house be like a heaven.Can give me calmness when I got stress,be my lovely place.Can make my guest feel comfortable when they are at my house.With this environment,I am sure,majority of the reader would love it.I hope I can get my dream house with this environment in the future.

Health And Lifestyle- You Health Your Choice (Fatin Nasuha Bt Abdul Razak)

 Health for your information.. No matter what your decision, there is something you need to know. You are probably eating too much protein to be healthy! If your daily diet includes more protein than the equivelent of two eggs and a hamburger, you health is going downhill-fast.When protein makes up more than about twenty-five percent of daily fare, you're getting too much.Health was defined as being " a state of complete physical,mental and social well being, and not marely the absence of disease or infirmity.
 Our health is the most important factor that we need to give much attention to. When we get sick, everything around us is affected such as our work, family, social life and others. That s why to say healthy is very important so you can do anything that you want without any hassle.So you have chance and a choice to be as healthy as you decide to be.We need to take a balanced diet as followed the food pyramid. We also need to take food follow the correct time and taking the breakfast is more important that take the lunch. So we need to take a balanced diet  food follow by food pyramid and right time.




Lifestyle is a way of living individual, families (household) and societies, which they manifest in coping with their physical, pschological, social, and economic environments on a day to day basis. Lifestyle is expressed in activities, attitudes, interests, opinions, values and allocation of income.It also reflects people's self image or self concept.
Lifestyle is influence the health. Lifestyles come together with health. How to live a helathy lifestyle such as choose a healthy food that choose food that contains minimal amount of unhealthy fats. Also eat healthy fats in moderation. Select food that are low in both sugar and highly refined carbohydrates.  Our health depends on our lifestyle sucs as the food intake and social life sch as smoking.
Lifestyle are categories by two. There are good and bad lifestyle.

Lifestyle and health must be balance. Include sports and some exercise to have a good health.




Stress again that health and lifestyle come together. Good lifestyle good helath.

healthy,in my oppinion ...

When i talk about obesity,many people stared because of it.Mostly,at the girl.It is because,obesity can make them lack of confidence.In media,Malaysia is listed as the second most obesity.In y opinion,our citizen in Malaysia are not practise a healthier lifestyle.Maybe not at all.

For example,i like to take an healthy food like fruits,milk and protein.Even though i also have takes a junk food but not always,i admit that rarely exercising in the weekdays.But for me,going up the stairs at the college is on of that exercise,automatically.

Moreover,many people are more likely to be alone in the house without doing the exercising.Exercise is good for health but if we don't practise it,it can cause obesity.Averagely,citizen in Malaysia are more likely to spend time with their career.This cause them to not have time for their daily activities.Even though in the weekend.It is not wrong to o shopping in the weekend,because shopping can helps you lose the weight too and also can avoid obesity.

In addition,people are more likely to take easy ways as taking junk food,It is not deniable that junk foods are delicious but by taking those food,can cause obesity if we keep on eating them.Not only the children are attracted but the adults are too.Junk food can make our brain weak because of their ingredients.So we must avoid bad lifestyle that can harm our health.To stay as fit as fiddle,we must practise a healthy lifestyle.
